Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeenFlow mobile application ("DeenFlow," the "App"), provided by FHB Tech Services ("FHB Tech Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using DeenFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use DeenFlow, and you must not be prohibited from using the App under applicable law. If you are under the age of 13, you may not create a DeenFlow account.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may sign in using email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google. Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. The Service
DeenFlow is a personal tracking tool that lets you log the status of your daily prayers and record dhikr/tasbeeh counts, for your own reference. DeenFlow is not a source of religious rulings or guidance, and nothing in the App should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified religious scholar. Features of the App may change, and we may add, modify, or remove features over time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use DeenFlow for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to DeenFlow's systems, other users' accounts, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or the servers/networks used to provide it.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
- Upload content (such as a profile photo) that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you add to DeenFlow, such as your profile photo. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App for you. You are responsible for the content you choose to upload.
6. Account Termination and Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App under Settings → Delete Account; see our Privacy Policy for details on what deletion removes. We may suspend or terminate your access to DeenFlow if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
DeenFlow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of loss of data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FHB Tech Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of DeenFlow.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use DeenFlow after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
