Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deenflow mobile application ("Deenflow," the "App"), provided by FHB Tech Services ("FHB Tech Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Deenflow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Deenflow, and you must not be prohibited from using the App under applicable law. If you are under the age of 13, you may not create a Deenflow account.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may sign in using email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google. Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. The Service
Deenflow is a personal tracking tool that lets you log the status of your daily prayers, record dhikr/tasbeeh counts, and track your Qur'an reading, for your own reference, and optionally share your progress with a family group. Deenflow is not a source of religious rulings or guidance, and nothing in the App should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified religious scholar. Features of the App may change, and we may add, modify, or remove features over time.
Prayer times and notifications. Deenflow can calculate prayer times for your location on your device, using a calculation method you can choose, and can notify you at those times. They are provided for your convenience and are estimates: they may differ from the times announced by your local mosque, community, or religious authority, and a notification can arrive late or not at all because of your device's settings (such as silent mode, battery optimization, or notification and alarm permissions). Please do not rely on Deenflow as your only way of knowing prayer times.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Deenflow for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Deenflow's systems, other users' accounts, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or the servers/networks used to provide it.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
- Upload content (such as a profile photo) that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you add to Deenflow, such as your profile photo. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App for you. You are responsible for the content you choose to upload.
6. Deenflow Premium Subscriptions
Deenflow Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, that unlocks additional features such as recovering missed days without ads and family leaderboards, challenges, and rewards. Prices are shown in the App before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. A free trial is available once per store account.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Deleting your Deenflow account does not cancel your subscription.
7. Family Groups and Rewards
Family groups let members share their progress with each other. Rewards in a family group are set up and fulfilled by the members themselves; points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not a promise by FHB Tech Services to provide any reward. A parent who adds a child profile is responsible for the information entered for that child.
8. Advertising
The free version of Deenflow may offer you the option to watch an ad, provided by Google AdMob, to recover a missed day. Watching an ad is always optional.
9. Account Termination and Deletion
You may deactivate your account at any time from within the App: on the You tab, select Delete Account, which signs you out; see our Privacy Policy for details on what this does and how to request permanent deletion instead. We may suspend or terminate your access to Deenflow if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
Deenflow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of loss of data.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FHB Tech Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of Deenflow.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Deenflow after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
